See Sha Tin from a different perspective

Fly ShaTin invites visitors to glide along the Shing Mun River in an interactive flight game. Known on screen as River Glide: Shing Mun, the experience combines a colourful 3D river landscape with simple physical gestures, turning a familiar part of the district into a journey of discovery.

Wave to begin. Lean to explore.

A wave starts the journey. Once in flight, visitors move left and right to guide their character through the scene and collect T4 coins along the river. Body tracking connects their movements to the game, giving the experience an immediate, playful feel without a handheld controller.

A small challenge, a reason to try again

Coins give each flight a clear goal, while the score and leaderboard encourage visitors to compare their journeys and have another go. English and Chinese instructions keep the interaction easy to follow, from the first wave to the result screen.

Ready for the next visitor

The game responds when someone steps away, pausing the flight until they return. This attention to the rhythm of a public space helps the experience feel welcoming and easy to pick up during an exhibition visit.

See how the story continues through the Zone 1 light show and the Virtual Sha Tin World.
